Came home hungry and remembered I still have plum crisp in the fridge. Home-made sweets cast the evening in a better light.

BOTH my hips are really, really hurting. Even sitting still hurts.

It's because I had to squat for an extended period of time last night to clean up a gigantic unexpected gross mess

that happened when I was walking to the toilet and my body dramatically exploded without any warning into a GIGANTIC mess of liquid poo and urine on the wooden floorboards. :(

Ironically the hip pain may force me to have to take Ibuprofen - which increases the chance of digestive explosions.

(The first explosion wasn't Ibuprofen, tho, - I bought a new kind of tasty chocolate, and apparently my body took Umbrage.)

Still kind of a mess - there's so many things Wife and I just did without thinking about it anymore to accommodate George - bought this specific cluster of litters because of his sensitive paws, bought this specific food for his sensitive GI, mindful of not getting too many clashing scents because he was sensitive to that, usw - and now he's not here and Harley and Heidi want to know why their friend isn't around anymore and I'm still not used to not having to move him off my pillow halfway through the night because he'd decided it was cuddle my face time.
