'perfectly fine if I don't move my left arm' and 'had a 6:30am in person meeting which required me to drive after a bad night's sleep' add up to grumpy mouse, but I'm indulging myself (made myself a one person party plate of dips, crudites, crackers and fresh fruit, which I have snacked on since lunch time) and so I'm reasonably cheerful!

The skin on my face is really red and itchy. :(

It's 4am here and I really want to go to bed, but I can't put my continuous positive airway pressure machine (CPAP) mask on before the cortisone cream sinks in,

and I can't just wash the cortisone cream off before it's had a chance to sink in, my skin is really red and really itchy and really needs the cortisone cream

Thanks. My face has been red and itchy for ****years*** but I just finally got my hands on some face-safe cortisone cream thanks to my GP.

You can't use most cortisone creams on your face, because if they get in your eyes they can cause permanent vision changes.
