We had a few Benny Hill moments here today, but all four footed guests have gotten their appropriate food, meds, and outside time.

I am leaving China for good in less than two weeks. Internally, I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Outside, I'm kinda sulky. I called in sick on Friday even though I wasn't, and I don't feel guilty about it. Nope.

One week of classes remain. I will get through it.

I wanted to be done with the packing and clearing out of the apartment by the end of the semester, but I really don't see that happening [such a shocker!]. Still. A coworker offered to help the other day, and today I asked her if she could come this week. She said yes. So hopefully that will go okay. And hey, maybe with her help, I *can* be basically done on schedule.

Now I just need to find some momentum to get some shit taken care of so she's not utterly grossed out. Hey, I'll take my motivation where I can get it.

I have had a lovely week and change off work, and am only slightly sulky about having to go back tomorrow. Mostly because I will have to be awake about three hours earlier than I've been allowing myself to be.
