I'm reminded of UFYH and KonMari both going, "Laundry has four steps: wash, dry, fold, and put up." This comment brought by 'Declutter has four steps: Decide, stage, pack, *take away*." Guess who needs to drop stuff at Good Will tomorrow?

The best I've ever found is Leading Lady Model 600, now known as the Bettie. It only goes up to size 42DD, but if that might work -- 100% cotton fabric , not sure about stitching-thread composition. As supportive as any athletic bra I've ever worn, but very comfortable with separate cups and NO UNDERWIRE. This is the bra I wore for dance classes, and routinely wear all day.

One thing to consider adjusting on your current bra is the band: if you're aching from lack of support, try tightening the band at your back and see if it's still comfortable. The band is designed to provide most of the support, but as bras age they stretch out. On the other hand, if your soreness is focused at pressure marks from the tightness, and you don't normally wear a bra at all, the band might be fitting too tight. In that case maybe consider a long-line bra to spread the needed support over more torso area?

Non-pandemic but probably hitting me worse than if there were no pandemic (for various reasons, including my fear that no one will want to live in the city now that the city's losing all the things that made it worth it and we'll see our house value fall and be trapped here forever), two sets of parent friends (one set is a pair of friends of longstanding who happened to have their kid the same year we had our kid) are moving away. One set across the state, the other out of state. The ones planning on moving out of state are going to be moving from the place we were hoping to move to, and while I still love where they are now, without having established friends there it'd be a lot harder for us to settle in and meet people.

I'm basically feeling very, very trapped in my house. More trapped than the usual pandemic trapped!

And I have a 7:30 am meeting tomorrow. I hate that we have 7:30 am meetings in the first place, but I extra-hate them after a three-day-weekend, damn it.

Have you followed the r/abrathatfits measurement instructions to make sure you have the correct size? That would be the first thing I'd try if you haven't. You might also want to look into Decent Exposures. I hear good things.

I am so tired. Back to the office is exhausting, we had severe weather over the weekend which means extra things that need doing at work, it is getting colder so I'm not sleeping properly. I feel like I've done a week's worth of high cognitive load work already.

To top it all off, we went from nearly no cases to double digits in two days with multiple cases off a transport ship that shouldn't have been allowed into port. So everyone is jumpy about that.

Busy day, and it's pouring rain again (It's like a total white out monsoon). I suspect my yard will be growing mushrooms any minute. Actually got out of the house- a neighbor took me to the bank so I could deposit the check the gov. expects me to use to stimulate the economy.

I expect to use it to pay utility bills-- and possibly get something fixed around the house.
