Shabbat has begun, and my practice involves

A. No getting & spending, no money, no shopping, no bill-paying or bank-balancing.

b. No news sites, no twitter (except for the 90min of #ParshaChat Saturday afternoon).

This helps a lot. But I just finished reading a Ukraine explainer on a site I didn't think to block and I'm back to breathing in a paper bag.
