I've been having problems with vertigo a lot this past week. My furry houseguest thinks the cure for it is sitting on my lap and purring. Which, admittedly, at least keeps me from wandering around the house.

There's some science that a purring cat helps with faster recovery. I'm grateful that I'm being sat upon by my sister's 23 pound cat and not her larger dogs.
