Today for the first time in All This™ I became fully conscious of needing a change in routine. A very steady routine for the past year-plus has been an aid to my mental health and I'm grateful for it, but suddenly this morning I had a fantasy of just walking away from it.

Where to walk to is a good question! And I probably won't just abandon my co-routine-ers, but it was a clear sign that I'd better start thinking about what changes I can make.
