Does anyone have a list of resources of activities targeted at OCD folks to help reduce getting caught in the loop of obsessive behavior? I'm looking for active strategies to help in the moment, not things like mindfulness or meditiation.

I don't know any lists, but I use tapping. Tapping on my sternum (originally, when I started), and now I can tap almost anywhere to decrease anxiety. This is an article about it in horses: https://horse-canada.com/magazine/behaviour/ask-us-endotapping/
In humans, you just use two fingers together with a relaxed wrist.

ugh, brain full of bees, running out of cat litter faster than running out of month, had a nasty hypo today while I was trying to make myself breakfast ... oh yeah and one of stepdaughter's rescues crashed out and passed away today, so I'd kinda like a redo on the day please? e_e Or maybe for tomorrow to just, you know, not be such a crappy day from the word go?

I'm finding more jobs to apply to this week. Still stressed due to financials, health of self and certain relatives, and other issues. The federal election here in Canada seems to have gone as well as I dared to realistically hope, so that stress is reduced somewhat.
