I was going to go to the local farmers market tomorrow, but it's at the Civic Plaza since the lockdown -- the street it used to be in has been closed off and has tables and such -- and I just don't want to be that close to whatever official recognition is going to happen for 20 years ago. Instead, I'm going to have a good breakfast and go with the SU to look at a car to replace his 23-year-old Acura, and maybe stop at a grocery after and find some root veggies to roast. I do not have good memories of that day; I don't want to relive it.

I'm back to worrying about my long-term housing situation this morning. Still looking for a halfway steady day job, and it feels like I haven't set aside enough time each day for upgrading skills or retraining.
