Dad and Smallest Sister went back home today to document damages and clean out fridges. The SU got off work early, packed up, put the plants back outside, and got my parents' generator to a friend who is staying. Dad, sister, and SU are all on their way back to the rental. Should get here about midnight. I'm going to feel a lot better once I get a hug.

I only have a few friends who haven't left yet. All of them are with parents who don't want to leave.

Toddler nephew is in much better spirits having gotten to go to the park this morning and to walk a nature trail this afternoon.

Smallest Sister's house is going to need a good bit of repair work. She's been making jokes about how the worst of the damage is to the part she wanted to renovate anyway.

As of this afternoon all but one of my friends will have left for safer locales.

I usually only just full the poll in because it’s easy and I often see it while I’m doing something else but… ugh the last few days/week have been pretty bad mental health wise (including an anxiety attack on Sunday night that was… not fun). It’s been so tiring and draining and ugh

And there also might be money woes which I’m trying to ignore because the edition also stress is.. no.
