Ah the joys of rural living - one of the local feral cat colony queens dumped her latest litter of kittens on us this afternoon, out of the blue, in our bathroom (long story). Wife has a post on Twitter with ways to help if anyone should feel so inclined; RTs also gratefully accepted. Also grateful to accept leads on rescues in the Anderson County/Piedmont region of South Carolina that actually work with cats - every one we've tried has said they're dogs only and then ghosted when we asked them if they knew of any other rescues working with cats, so we've been fostering and adopting out and networking on our own.
