I mean, as my triggers go, this one went off pretty low-key ... in that I'm not curled up on the floor a whimpering ball of pain or anything. But I'm still in a mentally bad place because I didn't mute enough of the right key words and guess who apparently has complex trauma around bombings?!

It's been a rough week and I really, really miss my ex right now. Which is a weird thing to feel - we parted on good terms and are still friends when we're able to connect (we live on opposite sides of the US), but I don't usually think about him that much. But I could really use a massage about now and he was really good at those?

Sympathies. It has been a hard year for all of us and further triggers do not help.

I got to go on a small guided tour of our church's pipe organ today. We saw everything from the giant blower in the basement to the pipes in the 'attic.' Some of them were teeeeeny tiny.
