I don't know how I'm feeling right now to be honest. We had a plan to wiggle around enough money in the right places to make a Prime Pantry order ... only to find out we no longer have Prime Pantry. We live in a rural area, cut off from grocery store delivery, and we're housebound on top of that, so, like, this is a complete kick in the teeth. It was hard enough to be able to make a Pantry order, if we have to go back to buying in bulk off the main site, we're fucked.

I found out this morning that one of my 4 year old patients died last night in a car accident with his dad. Mom and the other kid were supposedly not in the car. Please pray for them, or send good thoughts, or whatever.
