twistedchick. I was on the phone with my parents, talking about the recent death of a good friend--not from COVID, but shocking. I'm reeling. omg 2020, you can't be over soon enough.

Date: 2020-12-21 01:29 pm (UTC)I spent all morning not on my work but on moving-related admin. Some organisations make it really easy for you to change address, and others...not so much.
Plus I forgot to reinsure my contents this year so have had a whole year without contents insurance. Lucky I didn't need it. I have put in train insurance on my new property and will have to cross my fingers for this one, because I'm moving out in three weeks.
Which reminds me, my Welsh hotel have cancelled my booking for the days I'm actually moving, and I've had to book a hotel in Shropshire, which I hope won't do the same. If it does, I don't know what I'm going to do. I just hope they take cats.
