oh god, sciatica flareup, i've been in bed most of the day & i'm about to go back. When back pain is flaring i can't concentrate enough to even watch tv or read most books, everything gets all jumbled in my head. Either it's better tomorrow morning or off to the Man With The Steroid Needle.
