I'm disgruntled at my back which yesterday morning decided a sciatica episode would be a great idea, even though I did nothing to it besides sleeping. It's not the worst sciatica in that I can lie in some positions without much pain and still bend and turn somewhat, but still very unpleasant and hope it goes away soon.
