CFS and depression both having 'urge to sleep all the time' as a symptom makes it difficult to distinguish, or tell if one is leading the other in a not so merry dance.

Oh, that sucks. Here's hoping it is just the fatigue.

Feeling really flat. Not got the energy (or enthusiasm) to do much, so I've been half-arsedly moving around and doing little bits. Across the course of the day this has actually added up to a few small things being done, but finding the enthusiasm to celebrate is not happening.
