I'm plagued by catastrophizing anxiety thoughts more than usual atm, so not feeling OK because my brain decided to uselessly fret.

Thanks. It's one thing if anxiety prompts you to do something, but this uselessly imagining worst case possibilities five steps removed is totally pointless. It's once again prompted by issues with my landlord, but I already went to the tenants org, and responded in line with their advice, so I've done the adulting!
