Migraine plus antibiotic-induced woes plus maybe sick? (the abx are for my teeth, not illness)

Sometimes the migraine hangover (postdrome) is worse than the migraine itself. Did manage to scrape myself off the couch this afternoon to see parents, siblings, niblings, and godmother. Nothing like lying on a different couch reading books to small children to cheer oneself up.

I got a call from my sleep specialist yesterday saying I don't have sleep apnia...even when the tech herself said there was very little REM sleep...which we're both pretty sure is where my apnia lies.

Especially since I had a sleep studdy done in 2019 (In Ohio, which I've now called for the results to) that said my AHI was 26.9, and they'd tried me with a mask for a couple hours. *sighs*

WHile I'm getting a little better sleep because inhalers, It's still not great, and I still almost *need* caffine to function like a normal person most days. *sighs*

I'm still trying to motivate myself to search for jobs, and it hasn't worked yet. While I will at some point, right now, I'm just burnt out on the working world, for serious.

I do, however, continue to have the awesome local friend who allows me to uss funds to go over to her house (As she is also blind) to do things, so I'm not completely isolated.

Currently dealing with the fact I get no rest even on unbroken sleep, but I'm showing no signs of sleep ap either. Supposedly.

Thank you. I'd be less upset if I didn't have the first one that actually *said* I did.

Also, my mom and brother both have it. And while that's not necessarily a tell-all (Sometimes things skip a generation), I'm pretty sure in this case, I'd have it, too.
