I am fighting off a cold. So far I *think* I'm keeping it from progressing, not sure yet. My method:

1. Drink a LOT of water. Twice as much as regular, at least. Feel like you're swimming in it.

2. No coffee, only tea for caffeine.

3. Chilis & garlic in as many foods as possible, soup for preference.

4. Sleep.
