I'm not sure how long it's been since I checked in, whoops.
Back online with new writing computer (he's shiny and named San(nie) and I am so not used to this size of a screen), but not entirely back up to normal.
Anyone who thinks onboarding a new computer as a writer/graphic designer is or should be somehow quick and easy is fooling themselves. So many programs and I've barely started the data recovery. And in the middle of NaNo? Yeah, I'm still feeling highly mentally unstable.

After two weeks of a cold my respiratory system finally doesn't seem to feel its highest calling is snot production anymore. There's still a bit of sniffles and cough but it's mostly back to normal.

Oh, yes! My newest laptop needed repair, and now it's been sitting in the corner (presumably fixed) for two months because I don't want to face the setup-and-transfer data for a third time. One of these weekends...

I need to start the data recovery process this weekend for the things that weren't backed up to cloud storage and I'm just... ugh. I need to do it, but at the same time a part of me just wants to not. But I need those files so I can get back to work, so weekend plans are set. :p
