Date: 2023-07-24 04:46 am (UTC)PSA: bending over to lift a mattress to put a fitted sheet over it counts as lifting, and should not be done with the back muscles.
Today I am the grouchy mouse, having pulled a muscle doing exactly that. One trip to the physio and a day off work, and I'm less sore, but ow.
