I could use a hug. Or pictures / links to videos of small animals being cute. Because I've just got a 'polite' message telling me that I should be focusing on a thing that should be done for today when I sent two emails on Tuesday going 'here's my findings, it's broken' and 'what should I do next' and I've got crickets.
