I am feeling feverish and sore-stomached today.

Unlikely to be anything viral - I haven't had face to face contact with anyone since 9 January, and I try to be diligent about washing my hands after handling mail/parcels/deliveries left on my doorstep.

Most likely scenario is that my chronic fatigue syndrome is flaring up after over exerting myself yesterday.

My activity yesterday felt pretty modest at the time, but you can never be sure until the next day. :(
