Nothing like making a doctor's appointment for eight months from now. I wonder how long it would have been if it wasn't a referral. Hopefully when it does come around it'll be more useful than when Smallest Sister had hers. I'm still not convinced seeing a geneticist for a formal EDS diagnosis is useful since there aren't any tests for EDS.

I’m just feeling so stressed out today. We finally received the winter payment that mum gets and then over half the money just vanished with no warning so I’ve spent the day trying to find out what’s happened and when making calls to the bank to get it sorted (and being on hold forever) and even though I did get through to someone in the end it still feels like I’ve got nowhere

And it’s just so frustrating because lately it’s felt whenever anything good happens, something bad happens to cancel it out right after.

I read the bank saga, and I hope it resolves early tomorrow. First of the month is always a bit of a money dance for me, too, and online banking was down for a bit this morning. :(

Yeah it’s been such an ordeal… and now I’ve had a reply and they’ve basically said ‘nope we’re not giving it back’ and I’m just… at a loss for what to do.
