My hip and lower back are hurting

and my partner just got a new job teaching, which means that with COVID case numbers as high as they are in my city (and no mask mandates), I won't be able to see him again until NOVEMBER (I'm very high risk)

Also my psoriasis is flaring up and I am covered in patches of red flaky skin that itches and stings
