Doing marginally better today. I managed to make vegetable soup! There's still cleanup to do, but at least all the dishes are in (or next to) the sink. It's all been containered and is cooling off in the soft freezer.

I still have a lot of veg left, of course. I probably won't need to get the next veg package distribution, if they do another within the next ten days or so.

I don't imagine I'll start buying cabbage when lockdown ends, but it's nice to be getting familiar with more vegetables. Eggplant will likely become a regular in the future. :)
