It's amazing how nice it is to have a cat curled up next to you / on top of your legs when you're feeling poorly. We've had a few territorial disagreements about how much of this electric throw blanket we each are occupying, but it's mostly been a mutual cuddle.

(We have Smallest Sister's cat Todd staying with us for the next several weeks until her house is reconstructed from Hurricane Ida damage. Todd is just over 20 pounds of love and is indignant that he's on a diet and there's no great dane to bully for food.)
