Had a great riding lesson today.

I ate some tasty icecream last night and now my stomach hates me

and is all full of air to the point that I can't sit up straight

it's only Tuesday and it's already been A Week and I'm still exhausted from all of the last month of weeks. e_e

Absolutely everyone I know w/ lactose intolerance has an "i'll just suffer for ice cream" exception

I actually think it was the dairy-free chocolate icecream that upset my stomach!

I'm not lactose-intolerant - I can have haloumi cheese and be 100% fine.

But I have a lot of food intolerances and I can never predict if a food will be safe before I try it!

Things like
Xylitol or
Sorbitol or
Stevia
can be real problems for me

but other times I don't know what set it off...

Have bought a PlayStation 5. It occurred to me that if the worst comes to worst possible I may die without one.

My sympathies. Food is wonderful right up until it makes your body stage a rebellion.
