Went grocery shopping today for the second time since the quarantine started. Only did one store (last time I did 2) and that's much less exhausting. And the re-packing and cleaning is more practical.

But I'm also stocked up better after the first time, so I got more fresh produce than we've had in a while. So there's actual salad and fresh veggies for the next week...

Good problem to have, for a change!

Yeah, it's amazing how tiring it is to go shopping with a constant level of stress that isn't normally there. Wearing a face mask definitely keeps it uppermost in my thoughts while I shop. And then the whole dance of trying to stay farther apart than usual--and some customers are NOT good about that. Not to mention the concerns about what might not be in stock, whether or not to do anything special to the groceries after acquiring them...

Anyway, I just wanted to say: yes, agreed that it's tiring to go shopping.

Google is a good friend! :^)

Today I saw 2 kittens, lost a fight with my toilet (only half lost, I stopped it flooding the bathroom, but can't stop it screaming like a goose being murdered when I flush) and cut up a pineapple (found a place that delivers groceries, but the only option for getting milk included common fruit and veggies-- I do not know what I'll do with a not really ripe pineapple, but I put sugar on the bits and put in the fridge in hope they'll become nicer.)

Oh, that knot idea is really useful. I can tie behind my head but half the time I get some hair tangled up, so I will try this.

I had a little breakdown on Saturday, wiping down groceries. And another yesterday when husband's cousin's daughter sent us her high school graduation announcement. It had a date, place, and time, but it will not happen. I felt so badly for her and all the kids expecting to have a traditional graduation from high school.

It's close to the end of April. I haven't gotten my stimulous check yet, and if I don't, I'm going to have to ask again. Becaus rent was Arears, and now I'm just now starting to feel like we can stay here without being evicted. And I mean *all of us* Me, roomies and their kid.

...

I just am so godsdamned tired of not being financially stable it's unreal, and it's got me bumbed out alontg with not being able to leave the house and get away from the room mates for longer than 15 minutes. And the *leaving the house* is the large part. They leave: I don't.

I had a little breakdown on Saturday, wiping down groceries.

I so feel you. After nearly two months, the constant new housework involved is starting to feel endless.

It had a date, place, and time, but it will not happen.

Agh. So much is being lost, that matters to so many people. I am so sorry.
